These terms govern use of Find & Finish and LeadPerch, operated by Nicholas Haggerty at app.findfinish.com, including the marketplace, contractor business tools and desktop app. Contact support@findfinish.com with questions. Please read these terms and our privacy policy before using the service.

Accounts and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate information, protect your account and device, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the accuracy and lawful use of records you enter.

Marketplace and contractor work

The marketplace helps customers and contractors connect. Listings, leads and recommendations do not guarantee a job, a contractor response, project quality, licensing, insurance or payment. Verify qualifications and agree directly on scope, price, timing, permits, insurance and other project terms before work begins.

Customers and contractors are responsible for their separate service agreements and compliance with applicable laws. If Nicholas Haggerty or a crew he manages undertakes work, that role and the project terms must be separately agreed; a marketplace listing alone does not create a construction contract with the platform operator.

Business tools and shared records

Estimates, invoices, schedules and payment records are tools for managing your work. Review amounts, taxes, recipients and document details before sending or accepting them. You remain responsible for accounting, tax and legal requirements. A recorded payment is not a money transfer, and the service does not provide escrow.

Share links may allow anyone possessing a valid link to view or respond to the shared record. Use them carefully. Keep independent backups of important records. Local desktop information is not automatically synchronized with the online workspace, and internet-dependent features need a connection.

Your content and communication

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to operate the service and carry out the sharing and communication you request. You must have the necessary rights and permission to upload customer information, photos and other materials. Do not include information you are not authorized to share.

Posting a job or requesting a connection allows relevant contractors to respond using the information you provide. Users must respect contact preferences and applicable marketing and privacy rules. Publicly available contact information is not blanket consent to automated calls or messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, misleading reviews, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful work or infringement. Do not bypass access controls, scrape private groups without authorization, impersonate others, upload malicious files or interfere with the service. Follow the terms and permissions of any external source you access. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations.

Fees and third-party services

Any paid platform plan must disclose its price and billing terms before purchase. Creating a free account does not itself authorize charges. Where subscriptions are offered, the checkout and plan terms describe renewals and cancellation; contact support with billing or refund questions. Project payments and contractor charges are separate from platform fees. Nothing here removes refunds or other rights required by law.

Authentication, hosting, email, payment and linked external services also have their own applicable terms. We do not control external websites or guarantee the continued availability or accuracy of their listings.

Availability, disputes and ending use

We work to keep the service useful, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. Do not rely on it as the sole record of a time-sensitive obligation. We do not promise particular lead volumes, earnings or project outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For a project dispute, first contact the other party and retain relevant records. Contact support for problems with the platform or suspected misuse; we do not guarantee resolution of independent contractor disputes. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Some records may remain as described in the privacy policy or as required by law.

Changes and contact
